Other dietitians don't have a page dedicated to sharing about working with insurance companies. This is a great opportunity to tackle.

A lot of dietitians don't take insurance because they don't want to avoid the hassle. The insurance page will help users avoid out of pocket costs.
There was no structure to the website, so I recommended a sitemap for potential clients to be informed about insurance.

The owner was only interested in a UX audit, so I wasn't able to test the hypothesis driven designs.
I would have followed up with the owner to see what engagement that have received and review the website's activity using heat maps.
Following this I would have made iterations and followed up after another month.
